After a day of sitting at your desk, in front of a computer, or in a car, our muscles and tendons shorten, we lose mobility, become tight, sore and tense. Through gentle yoga postures and mindful movement class will focus to open and release tightness in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck and back, allowing your entire body to relax and feel great after a long day.

    Experience Level:
    • beginner to moderate asana (yoga postures) experience
    • intermediate students that want to look at their yoga practice through a different lens
    What to bring:
    • Yoga mat (we have extras available to borrow)
    • Water
    • Any props from home (optional) like a strap, block, bolster or pillow
