GIFT THIS COURSE: How to meditate for beginners

Join Julia for an evening ritual to wind down and prepare the body and mind for sleep. For some kids, that hour before bed can be a challenging time. This 45-minute class will include yoga movement, calming storytime and a relaxing meditation to prepare us for our journey into dream time. This class is for kids of all ages!

This is a virtual offering on Zoom! Signup closes 30 minutes before class and we will email you a Zoom link 15 minutes before class. Click the link in the email to join the “meeting.” You will see the instructor and have the option to show yourself on video or not. If it's your first time using Zoom, please join the class a few minutes early to allow time for setting up your free Zoom account.
