Private yoga lessons may be helpful if you are uncomfortable in group classes, want to break through obstacles in your practice, have an injury or health problem, or if you are new to yoga and classes seem overwhelming or intimidating. Yoga Wild will help determine your needs, create a plan for your practice, provide a YW team teacher, and supply materials.
